Responsible Gaming

Gambling should be entertainment you can afford. These are the tools we give you, and the help available if it stops being fun.

If you need to stop right now: go to My Account → Limits & Safety and start a cool-off period. It takes effect immediately and no one needs to approve it. Any pending withdrawal will still be paid to you.

Our commitment

Most people gamble without harm. A minority do not, and the difference is rarely obvious from the outside. We would rather lose revenue than take money from someone who is losing control, so we build the brakes into the product rather than hiding them.

  • Every control tool is free, available from your account, and takes effect without needing our approval.
  • Reductions to a limit apply immediately. Increases wait 24 hours, so the decision is never made in the heat of a session.
  • We never offer bonuses, reload offers or VIP incentives to a player who has set limits or taken a break.
  • We do not advertise to self-excluded players, and we do not sell player data to affiliates or advertisers.
  • Our staff are trained to recognise signs of harm and can intervene without waiting for you to ask.

Warning signs

Gambling may be becoming a problem if you recognise yourself in several of these:

  • Betting more than you can comfortably afford to lose.
  • Chasing losses — increasing stakes to win back what you have lost.
  • Borrowing money, selling possessions or using money meant for bills in order to gamble.
  • Lying to family, friends or colleagues about how much you gamble.
  • Gambling to escape stress, low mood, loneliness or boredom.
  • Feeling anxious, irritable or restless when you try to cut back.
  • Neglecting work, study, family or your own health because of gambling.
  • Being unable to stop once you start, even when you had planned to.

Recognising two or more of these is a reason to set a limit today. It is not a reason to feel ashamed — these patterns are how gambling products are designed to affect people, and help is free.

Practical habits that help

  • Decide what you can lose before you start, and set that as a deposit limit rather than relying on willpower.
  • Treat losses as the cost of entertainment, not as something to be recovered.
  • Never gamble while drinking, medicated, upset or tired.
  • Keep gambling in a defined slot in your week rather than letting it fill empty time.
  • Take regular breaks, and use session reminders to keep track of time.

Self-exclusion

Self-exclusion closes your account for a fixed minimum period. During that period you cannot log in, deposit, bet or claim a bonus, we remove you from all marketing, and we will not accept a new account from you.

  1. Choose a period: 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanent.
  2. Request it from Limits & Safety or by writing to [email protected].
  3. Any remaining balance is returned to you, subject to verification.
  4. The exclusion cannot be lifted early, for any reason, and no appeal is available before the period ends.
  5. After the period ends, reinstatement is not automatic — you must contact us, and there is a 24-hour cooling-off period before access is restored.

We keep a permanent record of self-exclusions so they can be enforced. This is the one category of data we cannot delete at your request, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Self-exclusion with us does not cover other operators. Where a national multi-operator scheme exists in your country, we recommend registering with it as well so the exclusion applies across every licensed site.

Underage prevention

  • Registration is restricted to those aged 18 or over, and date of birth is verified against identity documents.
  • Accounts found to belong to a minor are closed immediately: winnings are void and stakes are returned.
  • An age-confirmation gate is shown to every visitor before the site can be used.
  • If children share your device, use filtering software and never save your password. Free tools include Net Nanny, Qustodio and Google Family Link.
  • Never let a person under 18 use your account, even under supervision — doing so breaches our terms and will close the account.

Staff training and monitoring

All customer-facing staff complete responsible-gambling training before they take their first shift, and refresher training annually. Automated monitoring flags patterns associated with harm — sharply rising deposit frequency, repeated failed deposits, long unbroken sessions, cancelled withdrawals followed immediately by play, and night-time play outside a player's normal pattern.

A flagged account is reviewed by a trained member of the compliance team, who may contact the player, apply a temporary limit, withhold promotional offers, or in serious cases suspend the account. We would rather have that conversation early than process another deposit.
