Accounts can be denominated in any of the following. The currency is selected at registration and cannot be changed afterwards.

Where a deposit is made in a currency other than your account currency, conversion is applied at the rate quoted by our payment provider at the time of the transaction. The rate is shown before you confirm.

Payment security

• All payment pages are served over TLS 1.2 or higher with 256-bit encryption.
• Card data is captured by our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. AUBET33 never sees or stores full card numbers.
• Player balances are held in accounts segregated from operating funds.
• Every transaction is screened against our automated fraud and AML rules before it settles.
• 3-D Secure authentication is applied to card payments where the issuer supports it.

Refunds & chargebacks

Funds deposited into a gaming account are converted into gaming credit and are generally not refundable once wagering has begun. Where a deposit has not been wagered, you may request a refund to the original payment method within 48 hours by contacting [email protected]. Unwagered refunds are processed within 3 business days.

If you believe a transaction on your statement is incorrect or unauthorised, contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. We will investigate and, where the claim is valid, refund the transaction directly — this is almost always faster than a chargeback.

Accounts subject to a chargeback are suspended pending investigation, and any balance is frozen until the matter is resolved. Full terms are set out in our Payout & Refund Policy.

Payment rules

1. Own name only. Deposits and withdrawals must use a payment instrument registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party payments are rejected and returned.
2. Closed loop. Withdrawals are returned to the method used to deposit, up to the amount deposited, before any alternative method is used.
3. Verification. Identity verification must be complete before the first withdrawal, and may be requested again for larger amounts under our AML policy.
4. Minimum play. A deposit must be wagered at least once before it can be withdrawn. Deposits withdrawn without play may attract a processing charge equal to the cost we incur.
5. Pending period. Withdrawals are held for review for up to 24 hours, during which you may cancel the request and return the funds to your balance.
